A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in a brand new state‑of‑the‑art care home in the Holt, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Key Duties
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well‑being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance, such as supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence, well‑being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
Preferred Skills and Experience

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to show a can‑do attitude always.

* Pay: £13.75 per hour; annual salary £25,740 per annum.
