They are now looking for a Junior Buyer to join their growing commercial team and play a key role in managing supplier relationships, stock levels and product performance across the Justmylook portfolio.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised buying professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you’ll support the management of key beauty brands while helping to ensure stock availability, supplier performance and commercial opportunities are maximised.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and buying across a selection of brands within the Justmylook portfolio
* Raising and managing purchase orders in line with the buying cycle
* Chasing overdue orders and communicating delivery updates with the warehouse team
* Monitoring sales spikes and stock performance to ensure customer demand is met
* Reviewing stock levels against sales data and making commercially relevant recommendations
* Negotiating promotions and offers with suppliers to support trading activity
* Maintaining accurate stock files and creating new product codes within the system
* Supporting wider business functions with ad hoc commercial and operational tasks where required
About You
* Previous experience within a buying or purchasing role, ideally within beauty
* Highly numerate with strong analytical and commercial awareness
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
* Confident working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support across the wider business
* Genuine passion and interest in the beauty industry
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and professional written content
