Your Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Monitor and assess student progress regularly Foster the development of early reading, writing, and maths skills Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents Promote good behaviour and a love for learning Ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification Recent experience teaching within a KS1 setting is desirable Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and early education Excellent classroom management and communication skills A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Why Join GSL Education?
