Information Manager / Document Controller - Flexible Location
Summary of Role
1. Manage and maintain document control processes and procedures for all shared, published, and archived documentation in line with company standards.
2. Follow established standards on document naming conventions.
3. Perform QA checks on all information, verifying documentation meets project standards, and advise on non-compliance following rejection protocols.
4. Review and verify the master information delivery plan (MIDP) and task information delivery plan (TIDP) against shared and published information in Viewpoint for Projects.
5. Ensure documents are correctly assigned to work packages.
6. Implement and maintain document transmittals via Viewpoint for Projects.
7. Maintain project CDE, file structures, virtual containers, and workflows.
8. Support the transfer of published information according to client requirements.
9. Capture and share 'Best Practice' insights with the CDE user group.
10. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders as needed.
11. Provide guidance and training to project CDE users on its application and use.
Relevant Experience
1. Knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects; familiarity with ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud is beneficial.
2. Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 compliance is essential.
3. Proficient in Office 365.
4. Previous experience as a Document Controller for a main building contractor or consultancy is essential.

* Location: UK wide / Hybrid working.
* Ability to obtain security clearance.
