Responsibilities
* Serve as a key role in the Business Analysis and Reporting team during a period of change, introducing new technologies across the Trust as part of a new Trust wide digital strategy.
* Use Microsoft Power BI as the main tool for presenting Trust reporting and analysis to operational teams and commissioners to enable greater self‑service and add value to business intelligence.
* Act as the first point of contact for performance and business reporting requirements, representing the Business Analysis and Reporting directorate.
* Design, develop and provide highly‑complex, specialist analysis reports on a regular and ad‑hoc basis, supporting operational and resource management, business planning and corporate requirements.
* Coordinate and develop performance improvement projects across the Trust, advising and supporting services on actions required to improve adherence to national and contractual standards.
* Apply specialised data analysis and interpretation skills, developing new systems to provide data for and on behalf of the Trust.
* Ensure relevant, accurate and appropriate information is provided in a timely fashion, in an easily understandable format.
* Validate the accuracy of outgoing information and communicate complex issues to the appropriate audience for action.
* Play a critical role in the future development of the Trust’s performance and business reporting procedures and systems.
