Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported, regardless of their ability level. Contribute to the development and implementation of a broad and balanced PE curriculum that caters to a range of interests and abilities, with a focus on the needs and interests of male students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their physical and personal development. Contribute to extra-curricular sporting activities and school teams. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Physical Education. A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in PE, with experience of teaching male students. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
