Shifts start at 07:00 and finishing at 18:15 (Mon to Friday) and 07:45 until 13:15 on Saturdays – (1 in 4 Saturday shifts). The contract is for 37.5 hours per week, to allow for training. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach. Functional Skills in maths and English if required.
