The Role
As a Student Engagement Assistant, you will:
* Support students who need encouragement to stay engaged in lessons
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and participation
* Help improve attendance, punctuality, and classroom focus
* Support behaviour management in a calm, consistent way
* Work closely with pastoral and teaching staff
* Act as a positive role model throughout the school day
