RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect and review client documentation, including proof of identity, property details, and financial information, to support residential property transactions such as equity release and lifetime mortgages. * Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current laws and regulations. * Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and offering guidance throughout the process. * Liaise with financial advisers, surveyors, and other professionals to co-ordinate the progress of cases efficiently. * Organise and update case files, both electronic and physical, to ensure all documentation is complete and easily accessible. * Manage scheduling and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. * Support billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial reporting. * Generate reports on case progress, client interactions, and other relevant metrics to support operational oversight. DESIRED/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * Previous experience supporting residential property transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documents with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Proven ability to manage client communications and maintain professional relationships with advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. * Strong IT skills, including proficiency with case management systems * Ability to work independently, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain confidentiality. * Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work and a collaborative team player mindset.
