What You'll Be Doing

Join us on this mission as an IT Service Desk Technician for our IT team. This role is a fantastic opportunity where you will be responsible for providing effective customer IT Support for Martin-Baker, covering all aspects of IT Software and Hardware.
Duties
As a 1 st line of support your average day will never be the same and you will be supporting internal stakeholders with any IT issues they may have. This could include hardware, software and telephone support requests. Duties of the role may include:
Recording all incidents and requests and supporting in a timely manner
Coordinating or diagnosing issues and performing "hands on" fixes, remotely and desk side
Building and maintaining the IT knowledge base of issue resolutions and "how to" information
Deploying hardware such as laptops and mobiles to martin-baker employees
