The Research Department of Primary Care and Population Health at UCL, part of the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care, is co-led by Professor Greta Rait and Professor Kate Walters.

About The Role
The successful candidate will serve as an advisor supporting the NIHR RSS's strategic aims, especially around Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). They will be the primary contact for researchers from NHS, public health, social care, and HEIs preparing applications for national peer-reviewed funding, providing guidance on applications and specific advice on EDI.
About You
You will possess EDI specialist skills, working closely with the EDI Strategic Lead, the Director, and partner organizations. You will continue to develop your research portfolio outside the RSS role and hold a PhD or have equivalent research experience of up to 4 years in primary care and/or mental health.
