This respected and welcoming regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its forward-thinking and widely-admired legal team in Preston. The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor due to a recent influx of interesting work. As a senior member of the team, you will be valued as a specialist in commercial litigation and trusted to advise clients to an excellent standard.
The broad commercial litigation workload will involve handling a caseload of mixed files such as commercial and partnership disputes, professional negligence, boundary and landlord & tenant disputes, as well as insolvency and professional indemnity matters, with the scope to build out the department as you see fit.
This is the perfect opportunity for a senior commercial litigation solicitor to bring their expertise to an agile and friendly firm that will give you the freedom to grow the department and take on a new challenge. You will be a qualified solicitor with strong experience in commercial litigation.
