What You’ll Do
* Act as the first point of contact for network incidents and service requests
* Monitor network performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 teams when required
* Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of incidents
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to operational processes
What We’re Looking For
* Strong interest in networking and telecommunications
* Experience working with demanding customers in a global NOC environment
* Proficiency in trouble ticketing systems and incident management workflows
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
