THE IMPACT YOU'LL OWN
As Director of People Strategy & Workforce Development, you will own the end‑to‑end employee journey, designing initiatives that create a frictionless, inclusive, and engaging experience, drive high retention and strong engagement, and support internal mobility. You will report directly to the General Manager and help shape the company's culture, values, and workforce strategy during rapid growth.
People Strategy & Organisational Design
* Build and execute a scalable, best‑in‑class people and workforce strategy across all levels.
* Ensure processes, standards, and policies are consistent, compliant, and support a safe, high‑performing workplace.
* Manage the People function's P&L and resource planning; scale the team and capabilities in line with business growth.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand
* Strengthen the employer brand and act as an ambassador to attract world‑class, diverse talent.
* Partner with hiring teams to optimise recruitment processes, maximise vacancy visibility, and minimise bias.
* Build and maintain an AI‑driven, efficient forward‑looking talent pipeline.
Culture, Experience & Engagement
* Align leadership and drive a high‑performance, high‑reward culture.
* Own the end‑to‑end employee journey, designing initiatives that create a frictionless, inclusive, and engaging experience.
Learning, Development & Performance
* Develop and deliver structured learning and development programmes.
* Create frameworks that support continuous growth, capability building, and leadership development.
People Operations & Analytics
* Oversee people operations and workforce management, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and great service levels.
* Produce data‑driven insights, dashboards, and early‑warning indicators to guide decision‑making and identify organisational risks.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Demonstrable experience in a high‑growth role or evidence of readiness to elevate responsibilities.
* Experience leading world‑class people strategies and contributing to their deployment.
* Ability to cultivate authentic culture and values across people, diversity, and inclusion pillars.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with strategic planning, compensation practices, data analysis, organisational diagnosis, and capacity planning.
* Resourceful and capable of creative problem‑solving beyond current systems.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
* Background in organisational psychology or behavioural science.
* Prior experience in climate‑tech, sustainability, or impact‑driven organisations.
* Experience with compensation benchmarking or designing progressive benefits frameworks.
