Job Description

1. Advise clients on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and related legal matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
3. Conduct due diligence and assess potential risks and liabilities in transactions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
5. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the professional services industry.
6. Manage timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
7. Support client relationships and business development initiatives.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments impacting mergers and acquisitions.
