The Role - 3x Positions Available
Known internally as Account Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own section of Nu-Heat’s trade and new business customer base. This includes nurturing existing relationships and proactively sourcing new opportunities to drive long-term sales growth.
You’ll manage the customer experience from initial contact through to order confirmation, whether the customer has a live project or not. This involves specifying the most suitable system(s) for each customer, maintaining strong conversion and retention rates, and ensuring a tailored package of support is in place for your portfolio of accounts.
