Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting children and adults with complex health needs in Polegate. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you join our complex care team and will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime.
How we’ll support you:
Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.

Key Responsibilities
For this role, you must have experience in epilepsy and seizure management ideally having administered medication.
