Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

* Experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, with an understanding of kitchen financials such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* A leader who fosters a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development, and promoting growth within the team.
* A proactive problem solver who can think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications |

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills with a caring and considerate approach.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene.
* Financial acumen in managing kitchen costs and performance.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.
* Ability to solve problems proactively and decisively.
