About the Role:
BlackRock is seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to senior members of the RQA (Risk & Quantitative Analysis) team and their respective departments. This is a temporary position, crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operations of a key executive function.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to senior members of RQA and their teams in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner.
Manage a range of duties including answering calls, comprehensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
Process and manage expense claims accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff within RQA in London to ensure continuous team coverage across the department.
Organise and prepare packs for key meetings as required, working with stakeholders to ensure attendance and manage room bookings, refreshments, and other logistical details.
Plan and execute networking and team-building events to foster team culture and morale.
