The role:The Matron role at Harrow School is of significant importance, having live-in responsibility for the health and welfare of the boys and for the smooth running of the Houses domestic arrangements. Matrons play a key role in assisting the House Master in creating a happy and well-ordered atmosphere throughout the House.
