Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician (Mobile)

Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician to support reactive and planned maintenance across a commercial property portfolio.
The Role
* Carry out roof gutter cleaning, minor roofing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
* Identify defects and report remedial recommendations
* Work to agreed service levels and scheduled works
* Complete job reports, timesheets and mileage logs via mobile systems
* Safely operate MEWPs and work at height
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and waste disposal
* Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working at height (harness trained)
* IPAF qualification
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures
* Clean UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Desirable
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
