My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator based in Jarrow
This role is to work for a reputable Construction Firm based in the North East.
This can be a full or part time role, can be flexible with hours (if needs be). Monday-Friday
This will be on a temp-perm basis
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making Calls
2. Raising Invoices
3. Bank Reconciliation
4. Updating purchase ledgers
5. Basic administration duties
To be considered for this role, candidates must have administration experience with some knowledge of accountancy software (Xero is used), and the following:
6. Solid IT and computer skills
7. Proactive, Independent and can work on own initiative
8. Strong communication and organisational abilities
9. Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or customer service environment
10. Confidence managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
