Rate of Pay: £12.84 - £16.61 per hour
Summary:
To provide effective and timely recruitment and selection support ensuring highstandards of customer service as part of the Employee Services Team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare recruitment data for processing in accordance with appropriateprocedures, regulations and standards and ensure safeguarding processes arefollowed and flag up areas of concern
* Update and maintain a suite of recruitment related standard letters andguidance ensuring managers and People Management colleagues have accessto the most up to date versions
* Support the recruitment process from job advertisement to appointment asrequired
* Monitor progress of recruitment and liaise with managers regarding interviews,pre-employment checks and offers of employment and respond to queries fromjob applicants, recruiting managers and colleagues and escalate as necessary
* Provide support on the application and submission of disclosure/registrationdocumentation for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
Qualifications:
* NVQ in Business Administration level 2 or above, or equivalent in a relevant subject area orequivalent experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Ability to prioritise conflicting demands
* Ability to produce timely and accurate work within often, tight deadlines
* Ability to work using own initiative and with a minimum of supervision
* Ability to analyse situations and information and provide written or verbal advice.
* Excellent ICT skills
* Understanding and commitment to the principles of customer care and application in theworkplace
Experience Required:
* Successful experience of working in roles/projects where attention to detail is paramount
* Experience of researching and interrogation of systems to produce relevant data
