Salary: Starting from £27, £30,321.51 dependant on experience

Join our dynamic Resource Planning team and help shape exceptional patient support through smart, data‑driven forecasting.
As a Resource Planner, you'll work closely with the wider planning team to deliver accurate forecasting, effective scheduling. Using WFM methodology and strong analytical insight, you'll help us meet service delivery targets in the most efficient way possible.
Your work ensures that every patient who contacts our centre receives the support they need — and that our teams are set up for success every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse data, trends, and historical patterns to drive strategic planning
* Ensure optimal shift patterns, resource levels, and intra‑day flexibility
* Schedule training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management without impacting service levels
* Escalate concerns and highlight resource gaps to Senior Management
* Collaborate with Team Managers to maximise income opportunities
* Provide constructive feedback to Team Managers where needed
About you
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Proven success working collaboratively within a team
* Solid understanding of Contact Centre resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling
* Experience with call‑routing technology — ideally Genesys
