We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for experienced sales professionals who excel at building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals within technical service industries.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across the HVAC and refrigeration service sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Generate, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
* Promote technical services across multiple sectors
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Services You Will Be Selling
* Air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance
* Refrigeration systems (cold rooms, walk-in freezers, etc.)
* Fridge installation, repair, and maintenance
* Subcontracting services
* Emergency breakdown and repair services
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales (HVAC, refrigeration, or technical services preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
* Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
