With a customer centric approach the remit of this office based position will see you providing IT technical support across the group. Working within a Microsoft environment you will use your knowledge of IT and cyber security to resolve or escalate technical issues. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first line support to the business via phone, email, and in-person. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. * Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.). * Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: * Experience in IT Support. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Proficient in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and excellent customer service. * Driving licence.
