What We're Looking For:
* Experience in heavy engineering (essential)
* Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding, with experience in stainless steel
* Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
* Knowledge of precision tolerances and general engineering practices
* Team player with strong attention to detail
* Time-served Welder Fabricator
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong understanding of welding symbols
* Detail-oriented, able to work from engineering drawings
* Looking for a stable, days-only role with room for career progression
