We need a Resource Planning Manager—the critical "Hands-On" Hero who ensures our brilliant Project Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Resource Planning Manager, you will be the strategic mind responsible for:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive resource strategy to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
* Talent Allocation: Masterfully match skills and career goals to project requirements across the organization.
* Forecasting & Analysis: Generate long-term capacity forecasts and provide leadership with actionable data (KPIs, risks, opportunities).
* System Ownership: Oversee the resource management tool, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
* Process Innovation: Champion continuous improvement, driving the adoption of new tech (AI/digital) to boost efficiency.
Requirements
Who You Are: The Must-Haves
Required
* Experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Project Coordination within a professional services, consulting, or agency environment.
* Proven expertise with resource management software (e.g., PSA tools, ERP systems).
* Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred
* Experience implementing or significantly improving a resource management system/tool.
* Familiarity with financial budgeting and revenue forecasting related to resource utilisation.
This role is based from our office in Letchworth, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
