Maintenance Supervisor
Aldermaston
£45,000 - £47,500 + excellent benefits
Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.
This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and support technicians in planned and corrective maintenance
2. Act as the on-site focal point for maintenance and engineering activity
3. Prioritise defects and work orders daily
4. Assist in planning and delivering maintenance tasks and small project work
5. Produce and review permits to work, RAMS and safe systems of work
6. Coordinate contractor activity and uphold safety-critical procedures
7. Maintain asset condition data and CMMS records
8. Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement
About You
9. Mechanical or electrical qualification (multi-skilled desirable)
10. Experience working on Top Tier COMAH or major hazard industrial sites
11. Strong understanding of P2W, SSOW, RAMS and maintenance processes
12. Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo desirable)
13. Confident communicator with proven supervisory or team-lead experience
