One of the most respected names in the Defence industry is looking for a Business Continuity Coordinator to support resilience, incident management, and continuity planning at their Yeovil site.
Role: Business Continuity Coordinator
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Yeovil
Pay: Up to £26 p/hr (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Working Pattern: 4 days onsiteAs a Business Continuity Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the organisation's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Business Continuity and Incident Management advice in line with company policy and standards
Support business functions with Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans
Maintain and update Incident Management and Emergency Response documentation
Support and record actions from Business Continuity Working Group meetings
Develop and maintain Business Continuity training, e-learning, and intranet content
Maintain the Business Continuity Risk Register and Single Points of Failure (SPOF) records.This role is perfect for a hands-on, proactive individual who enjoys double-checking processes, engaging with numerous busienss units and helping a critical site stay operational.
Required Skills:
Experience in Business Continuity and/or Incident Management
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent organisation, time management, and data analysis skills
Experience influencing stakeholders and driving compliance
