Strategic Sales Leader Water Purification Systems


Based in the Thame area must live within a commutable distance and covering the UK
£60,000£70,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Premium Benefits (salary dependent upon level of experience in a similar role)

We are looking for a visionary Sales Leader to head up sales for our clients Water Purification Systems division, with a clear mandate to shape strategy, energise a talented sales team, and accelerate market share across key industrial sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals

* Lead, inspire and develop a results-focused commercial team

* Manage key accounts and identify new market opportunities

* Own the marketing and events budget, driving strong ROI

* Collaborate with technical teams to evolve and enhance product offerings

* Champion professional development and performance excellence

What You Bring to the Table:
* Proven experience leading commercial sales in water purification or technical systems

* Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen

* Demonstrated success in coaching and empowering teams

* Expertise in managing customer relationships and closing high-value deals

* Technical knowledge of water and process treatment systems (essential)

* Engineering background (advantageous)
