Due to our continuous expansion, we are recruiting for a Business Administration Executive/Assistant at our Welwyn Garden City Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM system administration and management
* Analysis and reporting to department heads and directors
* General administrative tasks across all departments
* Support for department heads and directors
Knowledge & Experience:
* Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and Word
* Experience with standard office routines and equipment in a busy office environment
* Some experience in performing specific tasks independently
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills
* Excellent telephone communication skills and positive staff interaction
