POSITION: Quality Officer LOCATION: Merseyside City Region HOURS: 40 hours per week (or PT hours for the right candidates) SALARY: £26 780 Main purpose of the role: The purpose of the Quality Officer role is to ensure high standards of care through the development and oversight of person-centred care plans, completed in collaboration with service users within a specific time frame. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding and enhancing quality by conducting timely risk assessments, 6-monthly reviews, and responding to urgent issues as they arise. Working in partnership with local authorities, stakeholders, and medical professionals, the Quality Officer ensures all practices are aligned with the CQCs five key lines of enquiry. Through consistent monitoring and proactive quality assurance, the role supports the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care across the service.
