Salary: Up to £57,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

There's so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye, and right now, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Supply Chain Function to play a key role in improving and transforming our breweries!
The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of new processes or equipment in their brewery infrastructure. All projects should meet the functionality and capability set out in the Capital Project objectives, such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
You will be responsible for managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on schedule and compliant with safety and specifications. This includes managing on-site contractors, and agreeing on Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, you will influence others and implement deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety standards for effective use in the brewery.
The Candidate
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of managing end-to-end processes. You will be involved from submitting business cases to implementation, requiring a keen eye for detail, influence, and leadership to meet deadlines. Experience managing high-value, complex projects is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
* FMCG Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities
* Motivation and self-starting attitude
* A track record of delivering first-class customer service in a customer-focused organization
Alternatively, recent MSc graduates in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering interested in environmental and sustainability projects are encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong communication skills, motivation, and a proactive approach.
