Overview
The UK member firms of Grant Thornton are part of a global network of independent audit, tax and advisory firms, with about 76,000 people in over 150 countries. We work as independent thinkers who prioritise quality, inclusion and integrity, delivering a different experience for our clients — personal, proactive and agile.
NEW GROUND WON’T BREAK ITSELF Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals. In the Capital Allowances team we deliver outstanding capital allowances claims and provide the advice needed for a range of organisations to maximise tax reliefs, with a focus on quality and integrity that helps businesses, communities and our people flourish.
As the Capital Allowances team sits within Real Estate Tax, we advise companies, real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, partnerships and private investors on capital allowances and land remediation relief in the UK. We support property transactions, tax structuring, tax compliance and tax due diligence and work across all real estate sectors including commercial, office, student accommodation, healthcare, industrial, logistics, retail and hotels. We are open to flexible working and reduced hours or job shares to help balance work and life.
