Description Labour Planning Analyst £26,500 to £33,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B) 12-month fixed-term contract Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office once a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). We’re looking for a Labour Planning Analyst to join our Central Operations team. In this role, we’ll look to you to provide second line support to our store and field colleagues who have any issues with Logile, our new scheduling tool. It’s an exciting time to join as we continue to support our store teams with adoption of this new system. Why this role matters As a Labour Planning Analyst, you’ll communicate with our service desks, process owners and third-party suppliers to make sure we resolve queries within the agreed timescales. You’ll complete routine system tasks to keep these systems running, extracting data from the system to create reports for partners across the business. What you’ll do • Complete all routine system activities on-time, making sure all failed processes are reviewed, corrected, and reported • Prioritise and respond to feedback making sure any decisions benefit the end user, sharing this with the wider team • Work collaboratively with the support desks to monitor and proactively reduce call volumes • Provide routine and ad-hoc reports to field and central teams, analysing data and summarising information • Develop and maintain collaboration across teams within the Operational Support Centre and wider business to deliver our joint goals • Make sure the delivery of work is in line with agreed key targets • Make sure knowledge of products, processes and policies within your role are up to date What you’ll bring We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
