Key Responsibilities
:
1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using Xero and Stripe
2. Reconcile high volumes of transactions across internal systems and third-party platforms
3. Submit quarterly VAT returns
4. Manage accounts payable, including supplier payment processing
5. Prepare monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Assist in year-end audits in collaboration with external auditors
8. Provide occasional front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, and responding to basic customer enquiries
Essential Skills & Experience:
9. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Bookkeeper or similar finance role
10. Qualified or part-qualified in AAT, CIMA, or working towards a recognised accounting qualification
11. Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel
12. Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
