Senior Finance Manager - FP&A
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Central London
Sector: Telecoms / Digital Infrastructure
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + bonus
A fast-growing, PE-backed telecoms business is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial insight, control and smarter decision-making across the organisation.
This is a highly visible role combining hands-on FP&A with senior stakeholder partnering and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, change-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
* Deliver clear, insight-led monthly reporting and variance analysis
* Support group budget and forecast consolidation
* Business partner senior stakeholders across support functions
* Provide commercial challenge on investment, resource and cost decisions
* Contribute to exec and Board reporting
* Manage and develop FP&A analysts
* Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools and systems
* Support finance transformation and system upgrade initiatives
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced or complex environment
* Confident across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
* Proactive, adaptable and improvement-focused
* Experience in PE-backed or capital-intensive environments beneficial
