Field Service Engineer – Stamford & Spalding (Virgin Media O2)

Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services in customers’ homes.
* Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
* Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied.
* Work independently with support from a team.
Work is varied: one day you may install cutting‑edge broadband; the next you troubleshoot connectivity problems and help customers regain access.
Only four days a week (Monday to Saturday). After training you will work 37.5 hours across four days, with shifts ranging from 7.5 to 10 hours.

* UK manual driving licence.
