We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Group Operations Director to lead and mentor our expanding organisation through an exciting period of growth. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and consistent client service across the business. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of mentoring teams, shaping strategy, and have the technical skills to upgrade our systems and controls, process, and automation, driving consistent operational excellence. What you will do Work with pace and energy to create a high performing, vibrant culture culminating in operational excellence. Upgrade systems and controls, developing process and automation utilising technical skills and knowledge. Work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver quality management performance and drive the success of the day-to-day operations. Provide operational leadership and consistent delivery of services, processes, and performance against strategic objectives. Mentor and develop managers and senior operational staff, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Align operational structures, systems, and workflows to support sustainable growth, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Complement and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and quality across the group. Support risk management, governance, and compliance standards across all operational activities. Act as a bridge between the entities and the executive team, ensuring effective communication, feedback, and execution of group-wide initiatives. Champion a client-first culture, embedding service excellence into every operational touchpoint in the client journey.
