About the Role
We're recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen, preparing nutritious and delicious meals.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare daily lunches including roasts, curries, lasagne, chilli, fish & chips, and vegetarian options
* Lead a team of 3: 1 kitchen assistant and 2 catering assistants
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock control
* Meet dietary and nutritional needs
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef
* Enhanced DBS (can start on risk assessment while DBS is processed)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Passion for cooking
