Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Lettings Manager to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed and thrive on generating new business and building brand awareness. The role would suit someone who is looking to grow a lettings department and building on the existing client base whilst overseeing the day to day lettings operation.
Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of service.
* Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
* Proactively generate new business, by canvassing, calling, emailing prospective landlords.
* Attend local networking groups to increase brand awareness.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing landlord and tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including tenant applications and property listings.
* Collaborate with landlords to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet market expectations.
* Actively grow the lettings department and team inline with business growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

About Us
We are a small independent company based in Aylesbury offering sales and lettings services to Aylesbury and the surrounding areas. Currently a team of 3, we are actively looking to grow the business and team. Our main focus has and always will be to ensure all landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers feel welcomed and supported by us and the ideal candidate will have this approach too whilst also being proactive in business generation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
