Product Data Analyst Orpington – 3 days per week in office £50,000 – £60,000 Join a fast-growing subscription-based scale-up, helping to shape how customer and product data drives decision-making. This business partners with major high-street retailers and brands to deliver competitions, rewards, and discounts to its expanding member base. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver insights across product, customer behaviour, and commercial performance Work closely with the Head of Data to design and optimise reporting and analytics solutions Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and customer engagement drivers Support the business with clear, actionable data-driven recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally, engaging with stakeholders across commercial, product, and marketing teams SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (Required) 2–4 years’ experience in analytics, ideally within e-commerce, subscription orgs, gaming, or another fast-paced industry Python, Looker, BigQuery Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets Hands-on experience with Looker and ETL processes Strong communication skills and commercial acumen — able to turn data into business insight Stakeholder management experience, confident working with non-technical teams Please note - this role cannot offer sponsorship at any given time.
