Marketing & Business Development Executive (Hubspot Experience Required)

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter has arisen to join the team at Nexus Media Group. Based in our Southwark London office, this role requires an energetic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base. The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be results driven, be a pivotal link between sales and marketing, with demonstrable Hubspot experience and the ability to be agile/work across multiple projects.

This is not your typical marketing position – you’ll be at the heart of an exciting growth story, building high-impact campaigns, managing events, shaping digital engagement, and creating demand.
* Manage day-to-day marketing activity on HubSpot in respect of sales accounts and own the lead generation engine, working with the rest of the marketing team on our wider marketing plan.
* Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels for our sales accounts
* Oversee our owned channels – website, newsletters, and social media – to share thought leadership and updates that genuinely engage our sales targets
* Support business development through compelling content and communications for both new prospects and long-standing clients
* Research and identify new accounts that we can target with our array of product, working with our data partners to acquire/manage supplier data for future campaigns.
* Proactively work with our CRM Manager to build and enrich marketing databases to fuel long-term growth.
* Support the sales team with automated marketing activities through HubSpot, ensuring marketing derived leads are responded to fully by the sales team
* Report directly to CEO on supplier campaign performance and account based marketing activities;
What we're looking for?
* Experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to nurture relationships with target organisations
* Strong understanding of lead generation and how it integrates with sales activity
* Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus, quality, and deadlines
* A hands-on, proactive approach – comfortable doing everything from updating the website to sending email campaigns and posting on social media
* Confident in measuring effectiveness, analysing data, and presenting insights clearly
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail
* Organised, collaborative, and people-focused, thriving in a small, dynamic team environment
* Demonstrable experience using HubSpot, ideally with accreditations
* Analytical mindset – comfortable with data, reporting, and ROI tracking.
