Essential Requirements
* Must have held a full UK Manual Drivers licence for a minimum of one year.
* Ambition and drive, we’re looking for future team leaders.
* Must be willing to travel.
* Expect a minimum four‑year investment in the programme; leave before this period and training costs will apply.
Journey
You will begin with a three‑month period at our brand‑new technical academy, learning the basics. From there you will attend customer sites with experienced technicians, returning periodically to the academy for further classroom‑based learning. This mix of theoretical and practical training prepares you for the field.
Typical Day
* No single routine: you will work at varying locations and customers – from schools and colleges to commercial kitchens at well‑known sporting venues.
* You will build a portfolio to evidence competence across the training programme.
* You will carry out preventive maintenance, callouts and repairs on a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment.
* Upon completion of the programme you will receive your own allocated sites, building long‑term relationships with customers.
Throughout the programme you will deliver real value for our customers, earning a pay increase annually as experience grows and more complex jobs become available.
