Swift Response – Reablement Support Worker (Nights)
Job ID: 9096 | Contract: Permanent | Salary: £23,727–£25,289 per annum (Scale E) | Hours: 33.25 per week – Weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.
St James' Clinic, King's Lynn – Operations 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.
Shift Patterns (Week 1 / Week 2):
* Tues 7am–2:30pm – Syndicated with work.
* Weds 7am–2:30pm – Syndicated with work.
* Thurs 2:30pm–10pm – Syndicated with work.
* Fri 2:30pm–10pm – Syndicated with work.
* Sat 2:30pm–10pm (Week 2).
* Sun 2:30pm–10pm (Week 2).
