We are delighted to be recruiting an ERP Support team member to join our IT department and support with the implementation of a new ERP system.
Summary:
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support, maintenance and implementation of the ERP (IFS) applications system, ensuring timely resolution of user issues, and supporting system configuration, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring business continuity across departments using IFS modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and HR.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Assist in user training and onboarding of the new IFS system and new features and modules when they arise
* Serve as the first point of contact for IFS-related support requests from end-users.
* Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the IFS application, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Log, track, and manage tickets using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
* Participate in regular maintenance and updates of the IFS system
* Collaborate with functional leads and developers to test and validate the new system, configurations or customisations.
* Document processes, issues, solutions, and FAQs for knowledge base purposes.
* Support data integrity checks and facilitate periodic audits within IFS.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or inefficiencies in system usage.
* Assist in small projects related to ERP enhancements, module rollouts, or integration initiatives.

Job Specifications:
Excellent stakeholder management and third-party management skills
* Strong project management, organisational and time management skills
* Strong development skills and experience using associated tools
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* 1-3 years' experience in technical troubleshooting and/or first point contact with end-users across multi sites.
* 1–3 years of experience in an ERP support role, ideally with IFS Applications
* Familiarity with key IFS modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, or HR.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
