We are looking to immediately recruit a full time Support Coordinator to assist in facilitating and coordinating the relevant day-to-day administration processes and tasks required within the Support department to ensure that the requirements of the business are met.
This is a full time role based at our HQ office in Sale, Manchester, M33 2AU.
Responsibilities
1. Provide day- to-day administrative and clerical support to assist with the running of the department
2. Monitor the admin support inbox, managing and directing enquiries and supporting on incoming tasks
3. Deal with queries relating to the subcontractor services for all facilities managed for our clients
4. Log any service issues onto inhouse management software system
5. Raise requests for the purchase order system ensuring all suppliers are issued with a purchase order number and sent a copy before beginning any work
