The role
We require individuals to manage Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance for a large PFI contract in the Healthcare / Hospital Sector.
You
We seek candidates with a background in FM / Construction, excellent project and organisational skills, and experience working on PFI Projects.
Responsibilities
1. Support the completion of services under operation management contracts and manage variations.
2. Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes related to service providers.
3. Prepare statutory reports, statistical returns, and financial information in accordance with applicable laws, operation management contracts, and internal policies.
4. Adhere to and assist in the development of financial and operational policies.
5. Assist the SPC Manager in monitoring all third-party service providers regarding performance and availability, including project compliance reviews.
