An enthusiastic, hardworking, results driven individual is required to join our sales and lettings team. We are an established independent Estate agent in and around Cardiff, seeking to consolidate and expand our current sales and rental portfolios.
The role offers a great deal of variety and will involve dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers, preparing pre and post tenancy inventories, and completing the relevant administration processes for sales of properties.
The ideal candidate will be confident with a passion for people and a 'can do' attitude. The ability to clearly communicate with others verbally and in writing is a must. Working collaboratively within a team across, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm during busy periods. You will be well organised with a solution focused approach to all tasks. You will also have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Key Activities
Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
Applicant care in line with company procedures
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Commercial Tenant enquiries
Registering applicants on the phone, emails and walk-ins
Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
Organising viewings/diary
Conduct viewings with prospective clients.

Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full driving licence
